TWarrior
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18811/? fully compatible! i asked for permission to integrate this mod. still awaiting confirmation though. also interesting npcs and inconsequential npcs fill up the city nicely and are also fully compatible! i try to make the city look more like a medieval city with dirt, mud, clutter everywhere and not as clean as solitude is right now. at least for the entrance. TWarrior
all right guys, question: once version 0.4 is up and running i plan on adding a short travel to morrowind as a quest for the dunmer ambassy. house hlaluu and telvanni do not exist anymore in the 4th era, so it has to be a redoran city.also invisible walls or physical barriers can help in giving the illusion of a large city, so size does not matter as a factor on which city the quest should focus on.so my question now is: which cities in morrowind (not necesarily vvardenfell) do even exist in the 4th era? Galandil
There's the city of Blacklight. Which is currently the capital of Morrowind. Blacklight is just due west of Windhelm, through the Dunmeth Pass. :)House Telvanni does still exist, and still hold holdings according to Neloth, the Telvanni Wizard on Solstheim. The exact locations of these "Holdings" is unknown, but that opens up a few windows of possibilities, seeing as how their cities grow from Fungal spores. The Telvanni capital's were Sadrith Mora, on Vvardenfell, and Port Telvannis, which is somewhere far north east of Morrowind on a large island. I think we can assume Sadrith Mora is destroyed though due to the erruption of the red mountain.

I really doubt Port Telvannis is destroyed because it is not really part of the Morrowind mainland. Just thought I'd throw that one out there! :)
