Karma notification bug

I am for some reason, unable to see when my karma is increased or decreased, mostly. When I so something that credits a Karma change, give water to beggars for example, it shows only a green right angle in the top left hand of my screen but the actual 'good karma/bad karma' message is completely missing. Any ideas what's wrong?

It's from FWE. Go into apparel in your inventory, and find the FWE settings module thing. If you go down to immersion, you should see an option to turn off an on Karma settings. Right now it's glitched, so instead of having no karma message to "improve immersion", it just give you an empty right angle/box thing instead.

When I go into my Apparel there is no FWE settings module

 

When you open the pipboy, and open Apparel, there will be near the top of the menu <FWE Control Panel>. If you do not have this, and you are out of the vault, FWE is not installed correctly.
