I am not entirely sure why you are classifying them like this, but some at the end are graphics mods, others seem to be crafting mods, combat mods, overhauls and so on. I suppose you must be thinking about load order and where two or three mods do similar things, the last one loaded takes priority.

But then you have one to remove clouds, and then have one to add fog around a mountain. Most of them I don't know, so I can't help much there, except to say that Arthmoor's Mods are top notch.

It's a long time since I worried too much about load order, and I always install manually without a mod manager. This is partly because two mods I always used get borked by a mod manager and also I learned more by manual sorting. Well, manual sorting after using Boss or Loot, as they never get it spot on.

As you play on PS4, you probably won't want SkyUI.

There are various utilities and things you will need, but I really don't know if these will apply to console, or just be for PC..

SKSE for SSE

TES5Edit for SSE

Boss or LOOT, I forget which is the latest, to help sort the mods.

Wrye Bash (this can help you merge mods that do similar but different things and create a Bash Patch so both are included. EG, one mod makes some armour lighter, another makes it cost more or changes colour, you can merge to have both effects rather than the last loded overriding the first).

I hope someone else with PS4 experience can help, as I might just be shooting in the wind and this may be no help at all! I don't even know if these tools etc are made for PS4.

I suppose you'd have to read all the mod descriptions and try to work out which ones change aspects of the cities, vegetation, gear and so on.

But less is often more, and that's a pretty big mod list, so it's probably wiser to slim it down a fair bit until you get a better idea what you are doing. It can be a daunting enterprise, but a stable, well-integrated, crash-free mod list is a thing of beauty.

But mixing multiple crafting, weather and combat mods might not be ideal.

Good Luck!

@Shadeybladey Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the sorting programs like LOOT don't work for PS4. You are right to say that it is way too much and that I overshot the mark. I will probably have to fight through myself, no one could help me in other forums too
