Quest "World Eater's Eyrie" Not Starting

After capturing Odahviing and finding out he must fly me to Skuldafn, the quest "The Fallen" is completed, but the quest "The World Eater's Eyrie" does not start, therefore I cannot set him free. The "setstage MQ303 10" console command only results in an output of "GetInFaction: >> 0.00". Because this is part of the Main Quest, it is game-breaking.

So, from your previous post, it looks like you had already been having problems since before Odahviing was caught?

Have you tried going to a previous save since before you told the Jarl you were ready to capture a dragon?

Also maybe list your BOSS log?

Ok, thank you for looking at this- it seems nobody would've helped out. Anyway, yes, I have loaded waaaaay back (like 2 quests before) and it did not work. My BOSS log is as follows:

Quite large, but I guess it will suffice?
