Zero stamina bug

Shortly after getting my Nightingale armor, I noticed my stamina was at 0, would tick up slightly, then drop back to 0. In my stats screen, it constantly reads 0/160. It almost seems like something is trying to constantly activate, as Skyrim Redone makes pretty much any action use a little bit of stamina, and that's what it seems to be doing. Any NPC I walk near, it acts like I'm trying to talk to them, even though it doesn't activate them. It makes the game pretty much unplayable. There's a couple threads here about the same issue, and no one has given a solid answer. The only answer given doesn't actually help me, because I'm not using the mod they said to remove. The only overhaul I'm using is SkyRe, everything else is pretty much minor. Any help I can get on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

I'll have to get BOSS, I'm not using it right now. And nothing in the effects list was changing it. I'm at work, so I'll put it up tonight. Thanks Georgiegril
Edit: I'm taking a look at boss, but I'm not sure what parts of the list you want. I don't see anywhere to export everything. Do you want the ones that have errors? The only things I see that might be problematic are my Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, and Hearthfires.esm have "contains dirty edits." I don't know what that means, but maybe you do :x

Sorry, just saw your PM, I wasn't on line much yesterday. When you run BOSS, it creates a log file. On the BOSS GUI, you will see there is a place to choose to see that file either as html or as a textfile. If you choose the textfile, then it is simple to copy/paste the log from BOSS to a forum post. If it is very long, after posting it, enclose it in spoiler tags.

I am not sure what I am looking for, but I am hoping something sticks out, either to me, or someone else reading this thread. Sometimes all it takes is putting your mods in proper load order--have you tried to play again since reordering your mods?

Also, did you take a look at the active effects while in game (in the magic menu ) to see if there was anything there that affects stamina?
