Premium upgrade delay?

Something seems to be wrong with the premium upgrade. I just purchased a 1 month upgrade and paid with Paypal. The payment appeared to complete through Paypal and once I was routed back to the Nexus site it just said "Payment under review". After a while of nothing happening, I checked my Paypal account and nothing showed up there, so I canceled the invoice on the Nexus site and tried again and got the same thing. After about 25 minutes, both payments finally appeared on my Paypal account. So now I have two payments and only one Nexus invoice and I have no idea how to get the first one refunded. Furthermore, I still don't have a premium upgrade enabled

What's the deal with this? A search shows a LOT of other people having this same problem here. Is this not automated and requires someone to manually enabled my premium status? I'm trying to download a bunch of large Skyrim VR mods and at this rate I'll be done before my account is upgraded. Also, what do I need to do to get the first payment refunded? I use Paypal all the time to purchase things and it's always instantaneous. I've used it numerous times while hitting the Steam sales this week and it's always instant.

I've also tried logging out and back into my Nexus account per some other recommendations I saw, but it has had no effect.

Please help!!!

Edit: <Sigh> Of course, the moment I finally post something, the premium status immediately kicked in. Go figure!! Both original invoices show up now, even the one I cancelled. I really only needed one month, but whatever.

Sorry about this. It seems there's a delay at PayPal's end (as far as we know) which can cause up to an hour delay from purchase. All 3 of you now show Premium so it definitely is working, just delayed. If you've been charged twice, please send a copy of the invoice to [email protected] and we'll sort a refund for you.
