To add your creations in the shops without any conflict with the other mods you'd better create a custom container and add it in the shops.

 

To do this, choose a container, change the editor ID, drag and drop your shoes inside and click yes to create a new object.

Double-click on the cell where you want to add the container, drag abd drop the container in the cell view window. Right-click on the container -> edit -> ownership and choose the editor ID of the merchant who works in the shop.

 

To know if an object is used in a leveled list, right-click -> use info and see if there's a LVLI among the users then open the leveled list and drag-and-drop your creations inside. You create a risk of conflicts with the other ods when you edit a vanilla element by the way.
