tacohero
I have finally managed to get a pc that can play Skyrim! Of course one of the first things I want to do is mod the hell out of it. However so does my girlfriend. We have separate accounts on the computer and I was wondering that, while separate accounts will keep our saved games apart, will it keep our mods separate too?Say she wants to have a mod that I don't want. Can my girlfriend install it under her user name and it won't effect skyrim under my profile? If not is there a way can keep our mods apart? Georgiegril
If you have separate steam accounts and separate nmm accounts on different Windows User accounts, then I think you should be fine. The easiest way to tell is to download a mod on one of your user accounts that is obvious but not a major change (like a companion or the like). Make sure you can locate it in the one user game, then close that account, go to the other user account, log into steam and start the other game to make sure it has not been affected.
