Shadeybladey
It's interesting that Alchemy can make Potions that Fortify Enchanting and Smithing, but not Fortify Alchemy. And Enchanting can make items that Fortify Alchemy and Smithing, but not Enchanting. But why do certain items not allow the Enchanting of certain effects? I get that combat effects should not be put into clothing and armour, only weapons. But I have picked up various Merchant's Hats, Merchant's Tunics, Merchant's Gloves and Merchant's Boots, but I cannot Enchant them all with Fortify Barter. Red Blacksmiths Overall (or something) I CAN enchant with Fortify Smithing, but not Blacksmith's Boots, Hat and Circlet. Fortify Alchemy I can put into Hat, Circlet, Amulet, Cloak, Rings but not Boots or Alchemist's Robes. Does anyone know where this is controlled and if it can be edited? Cheers!
