I don't give a hoot if you have PS3 and Xbox...you were talking about the PC version and YOU MUST HAVE A COPY THAT USES STEAM. Second there is a proper unban appeal form to make your case. Making another account is against the rules (which you obviously have not read.) So this account will be banned also.
