mod that makes non hostile making gun

a gun that turn enemies and there "fraction" into neutral non killing terms with u

 

 

 

or "friend" gun or bff gun

 

 

funny if its a toy ray gun

 

 

this would help me get rid of hostile NPC I dont think should be hostile(NCR gate guard through the mod NVR New Vegas Restoration)(because they hostile for this some reason I cant figure out, i will like to shoot the with a gun to make them friendly, I don't know how else to do it)

look I just want a simple bff gun, simple to download, simple to shoot, and than enemys simply become your friend, plus I am sure I am going to have a hard time installing all this
