Permanent bonuses for Dragon souls

As Arngeir says, "As Dragonborn, you can absorb a slain dragon's life force and knowledge directly."

So we get the knowledge, but what about the life force? Shouldn't we get stronger whenever we kill a dragon?

This mod would grant the player a permanent, stackable bonus to health, magicka and stamina and their recovery rate for every dragon soul absorbed. Nothing too gamebreaking, +10 at most for attributes.

From there, some variations could be added (dunno if feasible) :

- give the bonuses for unused souls only, so the player has to choose whether to unlock shouts or not. Will you wield the knowkedge of dragons, or their life force?

- changing the values depending on the kind of dragon, with basic ones granting +1/+2, and legendaries, +10 or even more

- Paarthurnax could give a tremendous bonus if killed. Will you kill the old one to increase your own power?

- Same with Miraak the First who has lived for so long, and who would get the same boons for every soul he manages to snatch.

The mod already exists for LE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91566

I also was curious, and found it. Sadly it has not been converted to SE (I assume due to scripts)

I do believe it is available on xbox https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4125195

So it might be possible to convert.

According to some comments at least (and the description apparently, though that part is a bit cryptic and easy to miss), that mod works as-is in SE, no conversion required. Also there was a mention of another mod along the same lines that is for SE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9532

Thanks, this indeed looks like what I was looking for so I'll try to see if it works on SE.
