Game keeps crashing in Primm

So I started a new FNV playthrough with some mods enabled. Once I got to Primm, I had seen some other mods I wanted to add so I added them and booted it up. I've had a number of issues since and now my game keeps crashing about 1 minute or less into playing. I had one issue where the interior walls of buildings were all black.
Here are my mods so far:

• NVAC - Anti crash

• Weapon Mesh Improvement
• NVSE

I don't see the 4Gb enabler listed. It is required (as stated on the mod page) to run NMCs Large Texture pack, Not having the patch will cause the game to crash.

 

Also, a load order not just a load list is needed to troubleshoot any game problem.

4GB was the problem! I got it installed and everything is working fine
