Not directly through the plugin list as in previous versions. You have to run quick clean or quick auto clean using additional executable parameters.

 

To scan twice and automatically save:

{path to file}\SSEEdit.exe -quickautoclean

 

To scan once and be prompted to save:

{path to file}\SSEEdit.exe -quickclean

 

Replace {path to file} with the drive letter and directory structure for where the xEdit executable is located.

For example: "Z:\Apps\Skyrim SE Tools\SSEEdit"
