Hello mates. Not sure why but after re-installing skyrim, I get CTD a LOT

Think something is wrong with orders, need help :(

I am assuming that you are using Skyrim LE. If not, ignore what I am about to say.

I have some questions makes me confused.

- about TES5EDIT, Is it fine to use it to clean base esm files after installing mods?

- after your kind advices, if I install loverslab mods, are they sort out by LOOT? or is there any advices on orders?
