Thanks for providing the info. Can you please try the Premuim SIngapore test too if you get a chance?

 

As your speed is bad for all the CDN nodes I'm afraid it looks like there's some kind of problem between your PC and our servers. If you have a VPN, could you try using that to start a download?

instant download for smaller files, indicating large file server is somehow not preforming up to the stranded.

this issue just popped up a few days ago, has being persisting since.

it's not my ISP's problem as I can download big files from other website without any problem.

@williamqian28: Unfortunately it does seem the problem is somewhere between your PC and ISP or your ISP and the internet. Looking at the trace log the connection is slowing down somewhere between SIngapore and Mumbai. This may be a temporary issue due to a bad route.

 

We've seen issues with Malaysian connections before, but those users had a good connection to Miami/Chicago and a bad connection to LA.
