CephalonImp Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 (edited) Seeing as I actually like the Hearthfire homesteads and also collecting mountains of books the library available is rather underwhelming. You can't even fit every book in the game! The library has enough room for 12 or 13 tall bookshelves if the the clutter was moved or removed so I would appreciate someone making it so. PaulEmmons Posted January 16, 2021 Share Posted January 16, 2021 I, too, love books and can't resist taking every one out of a dungeon even if the value is low. But bookshelves are just a nuisance. Various modders use bookcases that look like large wardrobes but can hold an indeterminate number of books, and they are listed in alphabetical order. I use the All-in-One Book Collector Edition.https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54065 On Steam, Solsteim House Library is nice, though shadow stripping would improve. I use:Organized Books(renames vanilla books to make more sense)Seaside Library(adds TES books from previous games)Floating Island of Legend((Steam) which adds every skill book, spell book, and the real treat: northern European lays, poems, and stories, such as the Kalevala, Beowulf, and the Poetic Edda, which is a real thing. :smile: ) Pretty sure that either mod will hold them all with room to spare, probably near 1000 books.
