Odd problem with skill tree names

Long time mod user, first time poster. Posting because I'm having a strange problem, and for once it seems to be the only problem with my current build. I know I use a lot of mods, but I'm picky and spend a long time trying to build the perfect game from mods. Don't really know how to make or edit mods though, so this issue is confusing me.

 

The game works fine up until I bring up the skills/perks menu. Each of the trees seems to have everything correct, except that the names of the trees are extremely messed up. For example, the tree name will be "Alchemy20" but it's not the alchemy tree. There are several of them that have "#FFFFFFF" as the name, or another hex/color code. Everything inside the trees seems to be listed correctly, it's just the titles. I will post my mod list, copied from BOSS as I use Mod Organizer. Are any of these mods the culprit, as far as compatability or any other issue? I've gone over it a million times and even removed some mods that I thought might be conflicting, but the issue remains.

Not sure about your load order or incompatibilities ( I see lots of mods there that I've never used), but I recently read of someone else having a similar issue. They were using the 1.8 Skyrim.exe with the 1.9 update.esm and update.bsa. If you've done anything with those files, that could potentially be a cause. If you haven't done anything with those, you might try having Steam verify the game cache.

The same thing happened to me when I uninstalled T3nd0's Skyrim Redone a few days ago. I am currently looking for a way to change the perk tree names back to normal.
