better cities woes

no not a horde fo orcs at my gates that might be doable

 

i spend around 6 hours spread over 2 days to install around 12 gig worth of mods for oblivion

and everything is working beautifully except better cities

 

all the cities so far seem to be working just fine except the imperial city

which is ...well its purple

 

( and yes i knwo this means meshes are missing the question is what do i do about it )

 

i downloaded all 3 required downloads and installed them using omod

 

i even reinstalled them ^^

twice ! ^^*

 

and the imperial city is still purple !

 

so what can i do about this other then reinstalling everything again and better cities last ?

shivering isles

knights of the nine

obse 020

wrye bash ( no i havent bashed anything yet )

better cities 5.2.6

better cities permanent rescources 4.90

better cities rescourcers 5.2.4a

cobl 1.72

open cities rescources

natural weather ( off)

natural habitat (off)

dibellas watch

kvatch rebuild

impeREAL ( off)

smoking cities

better clocks ( off otherwise oblivion crashes on start up )

 

so what can i do about it ?

cause im quite close to either installing better cities by hand

or redoing everything and installing better cities last ( or not at all )

Ask in the comment thread attached to Better Cities. And include a proper load order.

That doesn't look right. Better cities has toggle-able Open Cities, not including IC, and doesn't (as far as I am aware) require any 3rd party Open Cities Resources.
