[LE] Skyrim world map

Good afternoon. How do I access the original Skyrim world map? For example, to change the color or texture of roads.
I use the Creation kit for Skyrim SE

I think the map is in map.swf, in ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\Interface.

 

I recall when I made my coloured map marker scheme I used Sothink SWF Decompiler to recolour the map markers. Legwon did the clever bit. But Flash is being abandoned soon, so I don't know what use there will be for swf files in future, or what is replacing them.

 

There are mods that improve roads and the world map with no fog and so on, so looking at those might help.
