I will say this though, in my case I had Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim running.. so I had to drop your statsmenu.swf into a couple different places before it stuck. Just dropping it into the Data\Interface folder didn't get it done.. There wasn't a statsmenu.swf there when I looked. AND the perks were BEFORE I installed Ordinator, but not after.
