My download speed was better before premium is this a joke ?

Thanks for taking the time to go through our troubleshooting guide. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues.

 

Is the speed still slow for you? It may have been related to the website being busy.

 

Based on your report, you are getting a poor speed from every server, regardless of location. Unfortunately this indicates the problem is beyond out control. It could be caused by any number of different factors such as ISP limits or bad routing. I'm not sure if it's something either you or I can fix directly.

 

My suggestion would be to try a VPN (if you have access to one) and see if the speeds improve there.
