  1. make sure your anti virus/ program and windows doesn't block NMM with their firewall!
  2. do some port forwarding (TCP and UDP - 16000/16001 and 17000/17001) (TCP 10088) all these must be open in your speedport/fritzbox and your Windows/Anti Virus firewall!
  3. choose your nearest download location for example: German uses EU Kent.
  4. If all of these things doesn't work download with Browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox etc)
  5. Don't download two files at the same time, only one by one.

The thing is with the newest update from NMM 0.62.1 they have big problems to download files with a big tree structure so your download can swap from 300kb/s to 100Kb/s

Hope that this helps out some people. :smile:

cheers Exe.

@Shekelz,

Only Premium Members can change their download location.

If you are a Premium after some time, you can change the download location at the settings tap under download settings.

I've been downloading with 600+ kbps with CDN server for 2 hours (downloading large mods) and suddenly without a cause, it drops to around 60 kbps...I can't change my server since I don't have a Visa or MasterCard to purchase the Premium...but it's extremely weird to drop the speed like that.

I just hope this problem will be fixed soon. I've been using NMM for 4 years and I haven't gone to premium yet but before this year my download speed always at 1028KBPS, now I can barely reach 500. I tried allowing NMM through my firewall but it doesn't have any effect whatsoever. If anyone found a solution, let the community know.
