shadowfx78 Posted April 3, 2013 Share Posted April 3, 2013 for some reason my game wont let me spend my dragon souls to unlock the shouts i found. I have 3 souls and 4 shouts. it just says use dragon soul to unlock shout or something like that, i click ok and it doesn't unlock the shout.
