Fallout New Vegas first person view question.

-I'm not talking about when he aims down the sight, see the video-

I have seen people with their weapons in the middle of their screen, while my weapon hangs from the right side of my screen.
Does anybody know how to change this in first person view?

It sounds like you just need to turn iron sights on, this is pretty simple to do:

Go to the main menu, select "Settings", from there, select, "Gameplay", then navigate to "True Iron Sights" and change the setting from off to on. That ought to do it, unless you're having trouble with a mod? If you are, can you please specify which one? :)

 

Also, before posting which mod you think it is, double check that you haven't turned iron sights off.

I think what he means is making the camera position at the center of the screen (as seen in the video). By default, it is a little off to the right.

I could not find any mod that does that. It also appears there is no obvious game setting that would change the position of the 1st person camera (as opposed to 3rd person).

Clearly, it can be done. Maybe someone else would know.

I'm not talking about aiming down your sights, I mean without aiming in first person, how the weapon is normally set, look, It's in the middle of the screen while he is holding his weapon, not aiming down his sights. There has to be a way to get this.

Ther is also a mod that centers the player in the screen . I foget the name but if you just search centered I think you'll get it.
