Some Vortex Profiles Showing Certain Mods, but other profiles not, Skryim LE?

Hello, Support,

 

As a case in point, we have the mod Realistic Water Legendary (RWL) enabled on one of our Vortex profiles for SR LE.

 

On that same profile Realistic Water Two (RWT) appears, but it is marked as unnecessary, as Vortex correctly tells us that all of its files are included already under RWL.

 

On another profile we see Realistic Water Two, but there's no RWL anywhere in that profile.

 

Shouldn't RWL, once installed, whether enabled or not, appear as available on all profiles?

 

We would like to enable RWL on the second profile, instead of RWT.
