Problem with two of my mods

I was looking for mod, that will actually make skills rased over 100 in vanilla game (for example, because of "Grey Prince lesson" effect), useful. Looks like there are no such mod, unfortunately

Acrobatics, athletics and speechcraft are the only skills worth raising over 100 https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Skills

That's exactly why I am looking for the mod, that would make other skills useful over 100
