Installing Qarl's Texture Pack with nexus mod manager

Recommended Posts

Avoid using Nexus Mod Manager for Oblivion mods, generally. Many Oblivion mods are packaged in a way that NMM does not understand, and some have complicated install procedures. As far as QTP is concerned, if it's the OMOD version, use OBMM.

I tried to follow the instructions in the readme and extract the files to the data folder, but when i open up the game, it doesn't look different. What am I supposed to do?

If you used OBMM (I'm still non the wiser on that), be sure that you have set Archive Invalidation to BSA-Redirection (do NOT use Alteration).

I too have Quarl's texture pack version 1.3, this came down as a multiparted Omod, I don't think i can just install them one after another and i'm not sure how OBMM handles such things is there a way to revert omod files back into directories so i can create a normal mod archive?

update found what i was looking for left click mod then right click and and choose export from
