teddybearman
I asked this on the official forums and have yet to receive a response. I got a virus on my computer and decided to nuke and pave the harddrive. Unfortunately, I had to install Vista for reasons relating to Microsoft deuchebaggery. I backed up my fallout saves and settings in the ...\My Documents\My Games\Fallout 3 folder and once I installed vista copied them to ...\Documents\My Games\Fallout 3, reinstalled Fallout 3 and installed the latest patch, but when I load up FO3 I can't even click on the load button. Is there a different location I need to copy these files to under Vista as opposed to XP? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
DeMocha
With the old savegames did you have windows live running or not while playing. For some reason normal saves (w/o windows live) and saves with live running are stored under different profiles. Dunno if that helps, good luck.
