I'm trying to make Jacobstown under my factions control and I did all the stuff on the map marker to make it under the custom reputation. In-game the reputation will not show "Neutral" or whatever under Jacobstown, but when I do it with a vanilla reputation type, it works perfectly! How can I fix this?
