Slow download speed

Hey, I'm trying to download frontier as well as a few other mods, but I'm noticing I'm only getting around 4MB/s, with the max I managed to get at one point being 5.

 

Just wondering if this around the normal speed, as I've never really noticed any slowdown like this before, but I haven't really used nexus since mid 2020 so can't really remember

Any help is greatly appreciated

 

Edit: It would seem that this was an issue on my side, at some point TCP auto-tuning was turned off for some reason which caused chrome downloads and some other stuff I hadn't noticed to slow down quite a lot.
