This has been the case for about three days now. Before then I could download at the standard 1MB/s cap.

Thanks for providing the test data. Based on other similar reports there seems to be a problem with the connection between our USA servers and the Australian userbase. We have reported this to our CDN providers to see if there's anything they can do about it it.

 

In the meantime you may want to see if using a VPN increases your download speeds.
