Hopefully those spoiler tags worked so its not a blob.

 

So, I restarted the game after a long time away, updated a few mods, troubleshooted, everything running fine atm. However, I cannot go inside any buildings or too far out of goodsprings (by the sign) or it freezes upon loading. I go into my task manager and it has it listed at double what the process usually takes (1.5 mil instead of 6.5k) when I end the process. Load order is not (according to boss) an issue. Any ideas what could be causing it?

Your load order is an issue according to BOSS. Check the incompatibility notes.

I checked, it gave me no errors. I did correct the ironsights NV thing by disabling ironsights NV. I saw no other compatability issues.
