CmdrNitram
Ok an interesting problem just arose when I was playing skyrim. Whenever I talk to an npc and face directly at them, I cannot hear what they are saying but as soon as I face away they get louder the farther I turn in either direction. I have Skyrim Sound Overhaul and Sound Propagation Overhaul installed. Ive looked into both but I still cant figure out what could be causing this issue. Help! mellophonist
Ok I need to know two things #1 do you know if the two mods are compatible with one another? (it should specify on one of the mods pages) #2 do you have a surround sound system? Edit: If both mods are sound overhauls they might be overwriting each other, just pick one. CmdrNitram
Well you see thats the thing both were working because NPC conversation was working just fine. And yes I have 7.1 surround sound working right now and that didnt affect it at first.
mellophonist
Just to safe I'd only use one overhaul. Having two that do the same thing can often be messy. And (I know it seems simple but even I made this mistake once) make sure all your speakers are plugged in the correct spots.
