orcbreath
I'm using ModOrganizer to install Mods for Skyrim and everything was going fine until I wanted to organize the mods with BOSS.The .esp files appear in ModOrganizer but not in my Skyrim folder. Any idea what is causing this problem?
ripple
There is no problem. One of the major reasons for using MO is that it keeps mod resources isolated from the game data folder so no orphan files will be left behind when the mods are uninstalled, and you can always run a 'vanilla' game even with mods installed through MO. But in order to run third party utilities like BOSS or TES5Edit and have they scan MO's 'virtual data folder', you need to set them up as executables in MO. myztikrice
Which is done by going to the Data tab in Mod Organizer, finding the folder/file you want to make, right click and select Add as Executable.
