game crashes on every loading screen after level 35

I've been playing for a while now again and everytime i reach level 35 and exit the game and then relaunch it either on the same day or on the next day, it loads the save normally, but everytime i have a loading screen ingame or i try to save it crashes. It can't be my mods right? because the game runs flawlessy.

The first time i had this issue after buying windstand manor and recruiting Iona as Housecarl, save and quit outside of windstand manor. Next day i start the game and try to fast travel -> crash

i try to go inside windstand manor -> crash. i try to quicksave -> crash.

if i load a save from before level 35 everything works fine. so i did exactly that and i loaded a save from where i was level 34, i kept playing normally until i hit lvl 35 again. It started happening again, but this time i was just outside of riften, trying to enter mistveil keep -> crash, saving -> crash, typing coc whiterun in the console -> crash

Now i have 127 mods installed, and i cleared ever error loot threw at me. so my first idea was to disable all my mods and start the game clean. i did that but i cannot load my save at all if i do that. i'm kinda out of ideas here, maybe reinstalling skyrim? i don't know. can someone maybe help?

if you need my hardware, let me know, i'm sure to provide that.

here is my load order:

Try disabling the autosave feature and not using quick save. At least as a test. I started to experience issues where the game would not come back from fading to black during sleeping or going through a load door. The autosave was created and would load fine but would keep hanging up when trying to sleep or go through doors. Tried increasing the number of autosaves created from 3 to 9. It pushed the issue away for a little while but it returned. So far after having disabled autosave completely, I have not encountered the issue again.

While it is not quite the same thing as what you are experiencing, it may be worth testing nonetheless.

Nothing worked. I tried a fresh install of everything on a new drive, i tried your suggestion, i tried updating all mods to newest version, i cleaned my savegames to the point where there is now only 100mb left. A new save works fine, or reloading an older save on the same modded game, but everytime i hit level 35 it happens again. i just gonna give up and come back to skyrim modding in a few years just like i did last time. See you everybody
