Crashing and infernal stutters !

I've got skyrim running for a little while from now whith all the mods i need to have fun , but about a month from now my game started to get horrible stutters and CTD frequently when entering or exiting a city.

I,ve tried numerous tweaks but yet it makes no difference. Does anyone have any idea of whats going on ?

 

My Specs:

Windows 7 professional 64bit

Processor: i7-3770 3.40Ghz (8cpus)

Memory: 16gb

GPU: GeForce GTX 570

motherboard: Sabertooth Z77

Are you actually playing with all of those plugins active? If so, that could be your problem. Run BOSS then read the log it generates. Address all of the messages it gives you, including hand placing your unrecognized mods. If it still crashes after that, then post your BOSS log to replace your loading list.

You still need to fix your cloaks plugins--you should only have one of each, plus the patch. That could be causing the crash, from the guards.

 

Other than that, you might try removing lighting and/or lantern mods, then any mods that affect cities or guards.

Also you might want ti run the reprocc in case that is the problem.

i've already fixed the cloak plugin , im trying to remove guards dialogue overhaul and wearable lantern , i'll see if it can get me into windhelm whitout crash

 

EDIT : seems doing so didnt worked as i wished it still crashes ... seems im gonna be forced to make a clean install of skyrim again :/

Update ! Im still crashing after uninstalling various mods , strangely it only crash when entering big cities , and randomly crash when exploring ( which is totally normal for a bethesda game ) though i think i've got a PC powerful enough to run it without problem
