Missing Texture and Meshes folders, resulting in ctd's

I got plenty of ctd's after installing a mod. So what i did was uninstall the game. After reinstalling, my game now crashes right after the Bethesda logo.
I've checked the Skyrim/data folder and the Skyrim/Data/texture and /meshes folders are missing. So basically I've got no textures and meshes at all to run the game with.
I've tried searching for answers online, but all i get is people being able to get in-game but with missing bodies or some s#*!. So no help there.
I've also verified my game cache several times which says "1 files missing and will be reaquired", and nothing happens.
And I've also of course uninstalled all my mods. It seems I'm simply not getting all the files of the game when it's being installed. Which I've also tried to do several times.

I've encountered this before a while back, but i think that got fixed after verifying my game cache, if i remember correctly, which doesn't seem to work now.
So if anyone has any tips for me I'd appreciate it.

If you are crashing right after the Bethesda logo then most likely you have a plugin that is still trying to be loaded. I suggest you access the data files via the game launcher and clear all checkboxes aside from any official DLCs. Wrye Bash's Bashed Patch is (for me) the #1 culprit in such a scenario as yours. If you had used Wrye Bash and created a bashed patch and then later uninstalled all mods the bashed patch would still be present. Since it's masters are now missing the game will crash after the logo.

 

If you had not used Wrye Bash, then it may be possible that you simply have an esp that was forgotten about during uninstall.

I've not been using Wrye Bash, and im pretty sure the entirety of the game was uninstalled.
