DanielKelly1978 Posted February 26, 2021 Share Posted February 26, 2021 I'm building a new interior cell mod and I followed all the steps for navmesh generation laid out here. It looks like the navmesh was successfully generated but when I test it in game the NPCs won't move (I tested putting the same NPCs in a vanilla cell and they moved around just fine, vanilla NPCs in my cell won't move, though). I've found that the auto-generated navmesh is terrible though and my NPCs keep getting stuck or not being able to go up a short flight of stairs. I took a look at some other mods' navmeshing and I'm going to try to re-navmesh mine manually so that the characters actually move in a realistic way. maxarturo Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 Yeah, the CK's "auto-generated navmesh" is Horrible!!!, you end up doing twice the work just to try to correct it and to get it to work...
