Help Please

Ok so I played with mods before patch 3

 

Then I uninstalled the game

 

And now with patch 4 I reinstalled it

 

But as I tried to make a new character this happened:

And it has varying results with all of the other races and faces each weirder looking than the other

 

I have uninstall all traces of mods I could find including all the profiles I had. Still same result.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you deleted everything in your mods folder? Verify files in steam. Make a new profile.
