SUDDENLY, Alpha Channel makes entire model invisible? But not others?

I had been having no problems with the exact same texture, using the same alpha, same normal map. Well, suddenly the models that shared the texture both turned invisible. I did some experimenting and if I deleted the alpha channel from the shared texture, it would work on both. Unfortunately the alpha channel is vital to both of them.

Weirdly enough, just as suddenly the exact same textures, both normal map and main texture, started working...on one of the models. I didn't do anything to it, it just started working again. Except the other one is still screwed up and invisible and shows no sign of magically working again.

My ability to even has been lost. Does anyone know what's going on?

Please? :C

edit; seems it won't accept ANY texture with an alpha map, including ones that work on other models. Even the original dwarvenarrow model isn't accept alpha channels, though before it certainly was. The other arrow models are still accepted alpha channels.

Did you check the alpha setting in the BSLightingShaderProperty block details? The transparency of an object is controlled by both the alpha setting in BSLightingShaderProporty and the alpha channel (transparency map) of your diffuse. I don't know why it would suddenly change by itself, but it's worth a try.

I assume you've tried this, but, if you haven't, try opening the diffuse maps and checking that the alpha channel isn't completely black. Also, make sure you're saving the dds textures as DXT5.

Make sure the NiTriShape has a NiAlphaProperty attached to it.

If I can get a screen cap of your BSLightingShaderProperty block details that would help as well.

EDIT: Also, check that the NiAlphaProperty flags are the same on both broken nifs and working nifs.

I haven't edited anything except the texture. Everything else has stayed the same. The problem exists within the texture's alpha channels, since using a texture without an alpha channel seems to work.

Also, vanilla textures opened in nifskope seem to have issues as well. Tried to make some changes to the hanging pelt, now looks like this: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j230/JELLYTHEJELLY/Untitled-1_zps137853e3.png

So it appears the problem is within nifskope, with nifskope just for some reason not liking alpha channels AT ALL anymore.
