Luzabum Posted February 28, 2021 Share Posted February 28, 2021 Neon State Faction adds a new custom faction along with some npcs,companions and a base, this mod is still a heavy WIP.it currently only has one quest that is a fetch quest and it raises fame with the faction by 10 and 3 new companions made with NCCS, it also adds a patrol in goodsprings.
