Zorkaz
Is there a way to change the footsteps for a static object (E.g. giving a concrete floor a sandy sound?)
DieFeM
Is defined by the material type used in the collision mesh.To avoid confusion, I'm not referring to the material in which you set the textures, but the material that is set in the collision group: For which the sounds are defined in the CK by the "Havok impact data set" of the "Material Type" record that has a matching "Material Name". Zorkaz
Do you need to use 3dsmax or Blender? Can't find the option in Nifskope
DieFeM
As far as I know only Bethesda's 3ds max plugin is capable of creating collision for fallout 4. I don't think is something you can change in Nifskope, I guess it is in the binary data of the collision. You would need to learn how to create custom collision in 3ds max to replace it, not to mention that you need 3ds max 2013 64 bit because is the only version that is fully compatible with the plugin. You can still download it from Autodesk, but you wont find a link in their downloads page, you'll need to google it, someone shared a (legit) link in their forums which is still alive. If you didn't had it installed you should be able to use it for a limited time.As far as I know you can not buy a license anyway, so that's the only way you could achieve your goal, unless you use some 3rd party software to activate it, which I can't even mention here. https://www.google.com/search?q=3ds+Max+2013+Windows+64+Bit+site%3Aforums.autodesk.com Edited March 1, 2021 by DieFeM
