Skyrim SE Crashes when going into 3rd person camera

My game keeps crashing when ever I try to switch to third person (this includes kill cam and crafting), there is no message and I'm not sure what would be triggering it. LOOT doesn't seem to have any issues that it didn't have for weeks previous, almost entirely cleaned and other stuff fixed.

 

Previous saves do the same thing (I only have 3 main saves that aren't auto)

I am not familiar with many of your mods, so let me ask: are you using mods that affect the look of the player (perhaps horns or wings, perhaps something simpler)? The most common cause of CTD at the same spot is a bad mesh/texture added by a mod. Could you have such a bad mesh/texture that only shows up when you are in third person mode?

I use a mod that makes Argonian tails bigger, makes their feet look more like raptor feet and added a mod that adds a horn option that is fins. But I've had those on from the start, and this character is at lvl 60. I even started a new game with the same body construction and that one hasn't crashed. It doesn't seem to be anything the character is wearing either, since I've stripped him of all his gear and don't even have abilities equipped.

 

I was experiencing a repeated crash similar to this, but it involved me trying to enter Rorikstead on foot, it'd always crash when I was just about to get the "Discovered X" message.

For the most part, but I guess a few are flagged by Vortex as being for "original Skyrim",

 

I've tried removing them, but that still didn't seem to work.
