Can't download anything over 10MB in size

Downloads on steam or outside of the nexus seems to work fine, on the nexus, barely anything works.

 

Small mods, like "more realistic handmade pipe weapons" and "looks menu" downloads fine. Bigger mods like "Assault Rifle Overhaul" and "Glock 19x" won't download at all.
