phantomshotgun
Binoculars. ok sounds dumb. you might be thinking/saying "why should we have that in a game if we have a sniper rifle?" well think about this, the binoculars could have a zoom funtion and can see farther out then the sniper can, sides all snipers need a spoter, and a lone one might want a better view of the feild when zoomed in and sides. it would add a bit of depth to the game a bit. Semtex
I try to create new "scopeview" mesh for binocular telescope with wide field of view. But i found this problem:http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/9971/screenshot294sv1.th.jpgbrown/ocre (=color of "global" cell light) side panels are not from model (tested with "empty" mesh). An Idea? (sorry, im not english speaker)
buddah
There is a telescope here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3271 stereoscopic or binocular vision may not be possible. To the above with the issue in the screenshot, try adjusting this line in the INI file: fDefaultFOV=75.0000 this line limits the view to 75 degrees, try increasing it to 90 and see if it helps. Semtex
No help  -> http://img49.imageshack.us/img49/3373/fovrb3.th.jpg"Side panels" are not dependent on FOV settings - IMHO its come directly from engine, when "scopeview" is used - "scopeview" is used as an sort of "mask" for scene
