Michlo
http://store.nvidia.com/DRHM/servlet/Contr...ign=store_Jan09 Edit - This is the device by itself without the bundle for those (like myself) who wouldn't need a new card or monitor. http://store.nvidia.com/DRHM/servlet/Contr...ctID=111286000# I'm sorely tempted, especially with the huge list of games which they say work with it including Fallout 3 and Oblivion! :) Cheers. Deleted269910User
I've actually gotten to play with 3d equipment once, the only difference is that the place where I played was a research facility and the fact that it was 3 million euros worth of equipment used.(Hard to explain how it all happened in English, but to put it bluntly I was in a chosen group selected on a tour in a facility that specializes in computers, 3d models on cities, study on physics and plethora of other stuff.) We did fly around our city in the simulator and got to play with it for a while, also the room was roughly half of the size of a normal house. Was hellishly fun and I'm kind of excited that the technology is starting to become available to normal users, even if only in a lesser extent, but it does give hope that the technology might be fully usable some day. UnholyShadow
I heard it's great with FPS games, especially Mirror's Edge. I wouldn't want to jump off of a building in a 3d simulation.

Syntax1985
Nvidea = Unmatched Comfort and StyleWireless 3D glasses, designed after modern sunglasses, are comfortable, lightweight, and fully adjustable. 2 things, 1. there but ugly, come on who would wear those down the street?2. i shiver at the thought of how much extra went onto the price tag due to that "style" lol. on the brightside tho, im pretty renouned in the office for having no fashion sense, so i bet i could wear those to work ..... :P
TheTerminator2004
I got the opportunity to have a go with something like this on a university visit day recently, with the small difference that it had physical feedback (if you pushed against something, youd feel you were pushing against something, for example), although it wasn't designed for games. Turns out I cant see anything in 3D, because of my squint, so none of these 3D computers work for me at all :(
