apr006
I wanted to know if hearthfire adds a bunch of bugs if you already have a bunch of mods installed or if it's pretty safe to install? Got a bunch of mods who work very well together and I want to make sure it won't screw it all up.And is the hearthfire unofficial patch good too ? seems on their posts page that there's a bunch of bugs with it too. mellophonist
It depends if the mods you have installed affect any of the areas you build your houses on. Most mod authors compensate for this knowing that most people who download their mod will have hearth fire and other mods installed. As far as bugs every mod is going to have some bugs and as I'm sure your aware Skyrim has bugs as well. I''d recommend downloading the Skyrim Unofficial patch mod as well as all the Unofficial patch mods for any other DLC's you have. Also you should get into the habit of cleaning your mods with TES5Edit. it seems a little daunting at first but Gopher did a very good instruction video on how to do the procedures. Skyrim mod tools TES5Edit: cleaning your master files. Hope this helps! message back if you encounter any problems. mellophonist
Not that im aware, I'm not gunna say it won't mainly because I would feel bad if something did happen to your mods and i told you otherwise, but in the year I've been modding games I have not once had a problem with cleaning
