I decided do make a simple video tutorial on weight painting so here it is :

I assume that you finished your model , made the last touches and you need to do the weight paint part. What am I doing is really simple and I am aware that there are better tutorials.

The steps are easy to observe , but if it's requested I'll write a little text tutorial as well.

Thanks to :

Photobucket.com for hosting the video.

LHammonds for encouraging me to to this.

The mesh use in the tutorial was made by lordneverar (sorry if I misspelled your nickname)
