tactical mode problems

I seem to have a problem with tactical mode. I am supposed to have eight soldiers i can move six of them. The rest of them are further on the map away from the other soldiers and they seem to be on top of each other and in a ghostly state and i can not move them.

Vanilla tactical mode only supports six soldiers, not eight. There is no mod that has seamlessly integrated more than six into the game.

You can activate the developer's console and manually relocate soldiers is the best solution I've seen so far.
